If you’re reading this, you’re probably one of the few people who read the About me page. So hi! You’ve found my blog.
My name is Julia and I write blog posts about blogging, earning money online, books, movies, and TV series.
I initially intended for this to be a book blog. That’s why the name Bookrom. Book+rom, from romance. Or whatever else starts with rom. In the meantime, I’ve found other subjects I like doing research and writing about. So I extended my niches.
Basically, if you’re a bookworm, or you like to binge-watch TV shows, or find what movies to watch next, chances are you’ll find something interesting on my website.
But I don’t like to write only about hobbies that don’t necessarily make you any money.
If you’re interested in how to earn money from home or want to start your own blog, chances are you’ll find something useful here too.

What is the Work With Me page?
It’s a new page I’m adding to my website where I offer my services. This means Bookrom isn’t just a blog, but also a service-providing website.
So what exactly do I do?
I write blog posts for hire. Just as I’m doing for my own blog. SEO-optimized content for other bloggers, companies, and other content creators.

How It Started
We must be having something in common if you’re reading this. You probably love books just as much as I do. Or maybe you prefer chilling in front of the TV, watching movies or series. OR you want to know how you can earn some extra money from the comfort of your home and even make a career out of it.
I’ve mentioned before that it all began with books. Sure, I love reading, and there are tons of people who do too. But it wasn’t satisfying enough for me. So I decided to combine all of the above.
I’ve always liked watching movies and especially TV series. And probably more than watching, I loved commenting on them with someone. Sharing my criticism and appreciation. It’s nice when you find someone with the same opinions as you. But it’s also fun when you think differently.
That’s why I encourage comments on my posts.
Comments are also helpful for my blogging and work-from-home categories. Readers may have great insight into some of the tips and activities I’m writing about.
I became interested in ways to make money online/from home about 2-3 years ago.
I started reading a lot. Doing research. Tried a few things. Some of them I didn’t like. In the end, blogging stayed with me.
After starting my blog, I realized how much I liked writing about this. About blogging itself. About how you can earn money from home.
My Experience
I studied Law and have a Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
To my advantage, writing isn’t new to me at all. Since middle school, my entire formal education has gravitated around writing. Essays, PowerPoint presentations, internship reports, and Bachelor’s Degree thesis, to name a few.
Since January 2022, I can add writing blog posts to my list of experiences.
